Nana Mchunu is a strategic finance leader with a strong track record in financial management, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, planning and organisational performance. As Head of Finance, she provides financial leadership and insight that supports strategic decision-making, sound governance and the long-term sustainability of the organisation.

Nana holds a National Diploma in Cost and Management Accounting and a CIMA Diploma in Management Accounting and is continuing her professional journey towards completing her CIMA qualification through the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. She brings a strong combination of financial expertise, analytical thinking and business acumen and works closely with leadership and operational teams to strengthen financial performance, enhance accountability, improve processes and ensure that financial information supports informed and effective decision-making.

Nana is equally passionate about empowering people and developing high-performing teams. She believes that sustainable organisational performance is achieved by investing in people, building strong systems and creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Her progression into senior finance leadership and membership of the Executive Committee (ExCo) reflects her commitment, determination and continued pursuit of professional excellence. Nana brings a practical, solutions-driven approach to leadership, with a focus on creating value for the organisation while building a strong and capable finance function.
